President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, will arrive in Islamabad tomorrow for a two-day official visit at the special invitation of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif. He will be accompanied by a high-level delegation of ministers and senior officials.
The visit holds special significance as it coincides with the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Indonesia. During his stay, President Prabowo Subianto will hold delegation-level talks with the Prime Minister, and also meet President Asif Ali Zardari and Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir.
Key discussions will focus on enhancing cooperation in trade, investment, defence, health, IT, climate, education, and culture, along with regional and global collaboration. Several Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) are expected to be signed, marking a significant step in strengthening the long-standing, cordial partnership between the two countries.
